Myofascial Release
Fascia is a web of consciousness within our body that responds to thoughts, feelings and surroundings.
Based on the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release (MFR), this treatment approach is both gentle and safe while offering profound healing for the mind and body. During the session, we will identify areas of high tension in your myofascial system to address the root causes of your symptoms and release the "straightjacket" effect. We also dedicate time to talk about your present symptoms and design a customized session that suits the specific requirements of your body and aligns with your personal objectives.
Energy Healing
Discover a powerful approach to healing by embracing the synergy of Sacred Geometry, Crystal Healing, Crystal Rites and Aura Healing.
